FAQ's

What should I do if I can’t find my accessories?

First, double-check the packaging carefully.

If the items are still missing, please provide us with a full unboxing video.

This helps us investigate the issue with our warehouse and offer you a prompt solution.

How do I fix my aircraft if it’s not connecting to the remote control?

Start by ensuring the battery is fully charged. Each time the aircraft starts, it pairs with the remote control. Here’s what to do:

  1. Turn on the remote control.
  2. Insert the battery into the aircraft.
  3. Push the left-hand lever (throttle stick) all the way up and then pull it down.

If it still doesn’t connect, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug the aircraft battery and turn off the remote control.
  2. Reverse the startup order: First, power on the aircraft, then the remote control.
  3. Push the throttle stick up and pull it down again to establish the connection.

Why won’t my aircraft take off from the ground?

Ensure the aircraft is on a flat surface with its nose facing the wind.

Gradually push the throttle stick forward to its maximum.

The aircraft will gain momentum and lift off.

Once it’s airborne, use the joystick to control its altitude and flight posture.

How do I get my aircraft to take off when hand-tossing?

Push the throttle stick to the maximum position to ensure the propellers are spinning at high speed.

Gently toss the aircraft upward.

Once it’s in the air, use the control stick to manage its altitude and direction smoothly.

Why isn’t my airplane flying?

One possible reason is that the wings aren’t properly aligned.

Place the plane on a flat surface and check if the wings are parallel to the ground.

If the tail isn’t parallel either, adjust it so it’s level with the wings and try again.

Where can I find the battery for the aircraft?

We’ve cleverly hidden the battery inside the plane.

If you can’t locate it, check inside the aircraft first.
